Billing

Plans, Stripe and PayPal checkout, usage meters, invoices, and subscription management.

Billing (/billing, /pricing) manages your CookieShift subscription and usage limits.

Overview

The Billing page shows your current plan, subscription status, usage meters (scans, AI tokens, domains), plan upgrade cards, invoices, and Stripe customer portal access for payment methods.

Why it matters

Plan limits gate scans, exports, AI features, and team seats. Understanding billing prevents surprise blocks during launches and clarifies who can change payment methods.

Setup

  1. Sign in as a workspace owner (only owners upgrade and open Stripe portal).
  2. Open Billing or Pricing from Settings.
  3. Review Current subscription and Usage meters.
  4. Choose a plan card → complete Stripe or PayPal checkout.
  5. After payment, use Sync from Stripe if the dashboard has not updated within a few minutes.
  6. Invite teammates after upgrading seats — see Team management.

  • Review usage meters before large scan or translation campaigns.
  • Document which workspace owns production vs staging properties.
