Track accept and reject trends, read consent logs, and export visitor decision records.

Consent analytics covers how real visitors interact with your banner after it is live—not what the scanner found during a crawl.
Dashboard trends
On the Dashboard, the consent trend chart plots:
- Total consent events over time
- Accepted consents overlaid on the same period
If you see “Deploy your banner to see trends,” install the snippet from Modules and confirm Consent Setup is saved.
The consent breakdown donut (when shown) summarizes category-level choices for recent activity.
Consent logs
Open Reports → Consent logs (or the Consent logs quick link) for the full audit table.
Typical columns:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | When the decision was recorded |
| Status | Accepted or rejected (and variants like partial/customize where applicable) |
| Categories | Which purposes the visitor enabled |
| Country / region | Geo hint when available |
| Identifiers | Anonymous visitor or session keys for correlation |
Filters and search
Narrow logs by date range, outcome, or category. Use filters when responding to a data subject request or debugging a marketing tag that should not fire until consent.
Exports
Export filtered logs for compliance archives or ticketing systems. Check your Billing plan for export volume limits.
Interpreting metrics
- High accept rate — visitors often click Accept; verify this matches your banner UX (no dark patterns).
- High reject rate — may be expected in strict regions; ensure non-essential tags honor the choice.
- Sudden drops — often a deployment issue (snippet removed, wrong
siteId, or CDN serving an old page).
Consent vs scan data
| Data type | Source | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| Scan inventory | Crawler | Know what could run on pages |
| Consent logs | Live banner | Know what visitors allowed |
Align both: a tracker listed in Scanner should respect categories visitors see in Consent Setup.
Privacy considerations
Consent logs may contain pseudonymous IDs and coarse geo data. Apply your retention policy and restrict dashboard access to trusted team members. For account-level access control, see Account settings.
